Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty Terms and Conditions 

Independent Firearms warrants new and used firearms.

Terms are as follows:
Under our Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty your new firearm will be:

  • Repaired
  • Replaced
  • Refunded

  

It is at Independent Firearms discretion  as to which  method they choose to resolve the claim

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and lasts for as long as the original buyer owns the firearm.

New

  • If the firearm cannot be repaired and no replacement is available and the manufacture warranty has expired:

    • Independent pawn will offer current used retail value as a credit

      • To be used towards the purchase of any item in store.

  • This warranty applies to both new and used guns.

Used

  • Under our Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty your used firearm will be:

    • Repaired

    • Replaced

      • With like kind firearm & value

Conditions

  • This warranty covers the firearm as originally sold by Independent Firearms

    • Any alterations or rebuild will void warranty.

  • This Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty does NOT apply to scopes or other accessories attached to the firearm.

  • Accuracy is NOT included in this Warranty

    • Every firearm has a sweet spot, ammo, scopes, shooter and reloading have a lot to do with accuracy and therefore can not be warranted.

  • This Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty covers the firearm against manufacturer's defects only.

  • This Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty does not cover:

    • Refinishing of parts

    • Normal wear

    • Damages caused by dropping the firearm

    • Or any cosmetic damage what so ever after the fact. 

On new firearms the  Supplemental Lifetime Firearm Warranty takes second seat to original firearms warranty. 

Explained: If the firearm is still under manufacture warranty then the claim will be handled either through the distributor or manufacture directly through us.
