If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply bring it back with your receipt within 7 days after purchase to get a refund via your original method of payment. After 7 days you will receive in store credit.

- The 30-day warranty covers general merchandise against defects
- If your item fails to perform as it should with-in 30-days:
- Claim amount is issued as in store credit
- To be used towards any item in store that is of equal value or more.
- Taxes are not refundable

60-Day Prorated Warranty:
If your item fails to perform as it should with-in 60 days:
- Below is an example of how it works:

- You paid $150 for a tool and used it for 31 days your claim amount would be for $72.50
- $150 ÷ 60 days = $2.50 a day
- Claim amount starts day that item is returned.
- Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt with (Tested Stamp)
- Claim amount is issued as in store credit
- To be used towards any item in store that is of equal value or more.
- Taxes are not refundable
- You paid $150 for a tool and used it for 31 days your claim amount would be for $72.50

Jewelry:
- We guarantee diamonds and precious metals to be authentic.
- We do not however guarantee any color stones to be authentic.
- We cannot be responsible for stones that fall out, we recommend that you regularly visit your jeweler to ensure your prongs are good and tight against the stones.
New Merchandise:
- New merchandise covered by original manufacture warranty only.
Car Audio:
- Car audio should be professionally installed and therefore not cover under any warranty.
